About The Position

The Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer is a trusted operational partner accountable for the day-to-day execution of the Chief Executive Officer’s priorities across scheduling, communications, stakeholder coordination, and confidential administration. In the position, you will operate at the center of the organization’s leadership function, with direct accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and discretion of every interaction and record produced in support of the office of the Chief Executive Officer. As an Executive Assistant at Welby Health, you will partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer to advance strategic priorities, keep key initiatives on track, and serve as a connective point across teams. Furthermore, you will handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment, bringing the organization and composure required of a position that sits at the intersection of executive operations and company-wide coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related business discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and composure under pressure
  • Facility with quickly learning new tools and systems
  • Familiarity with project management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Chief Executive Officer’s calendar, inbox, travel, and daily coordination with a high degree of organization and discretion
  • Prepare materials and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track action items, follow up on key priorities, and monitor progress against strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison across teams to close communication gaps and keep projects on schedule
  • Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing candidates and supporting evaluation processes
  • Support financial processes, including expense tracking and budget preparation
  • Provide administrative support that ensures the smooth conduct of daily operations
  • Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and securely
