We’re a fast-growing e-commerce startup seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rochester, MI office, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, fast-moving team that operates globally. About the Role: You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. You’ll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination. The majority of our team is remote and based in Pakistan, Europe, and the Philippines, so comfort working with global teams is essential.
