About The Position

We operate at the intersection of four high-stakes verticals: Real Estate Sales, Property Development, Fund Management, and Construction. We are looking for a structured, high-energy operator to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our CEO. This is not a passive desk job. It is a strategic role for an ambitious professional (3–7 years experience) who wants a front-row seat to how real estate deals are structured, funded, and built. Who You Are The "Finisher": You don’t just start initiatives; you are obsessed with the follow-through. You track every open loop—from a construction permit to a fund compliance doc—until it is closed. The Architect of Order: You walk into a chaotic situation and immediately start building checklists and workflows. You love structure. Curious & Ambitious: You have proven experience, but you are hungry to learn the entire real estate ecosystem. You view this role as a "Real Estate MBA." Tech-Native: You leverage tools like to speed up administrative tasks. You don't use paper planners. The Mission Executive Optimization: You have restructured the CEO’s day so that he focuses on Vision and Deals, while you handle the operational noise. You are the gatekeeper who ensures he is prepared for every meeting before he walks in the room. Project Command Center: You actively track the pulse of our Development sites and Construction timelines. You flag delays before they become emergencies. Stakeholder Liaison: You act as the professional bridge between the CEO and high-net-worth investors, contractors, and sales agents, ensuring communication is fast, coherent, and on-brand.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Project Coordination role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Finance is a massive plus. You need to be comfortable with the pace of a deal.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, thick skin, and the ability to "manage up" (hold the CEO accountable to their own priorities).
