About The Position

Southern Wealth, a Northwestern Private Client Group, is seeking an experienced, full time Executive Assistant for our CEO. This role encompasses a variety of functions to facilitate an exceptional client experience and to support the operations of our firm. Overall, this role requires a combination of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, advancing marketing efforts, maintaining operational effectiveness, and supporting the advisors and executives in their day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience as an administrative assistant or an executive admin assistant
  • Ability to work full-time Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm, in our Tallahassee, FL office
  • Ability to pass both a background check and drug test
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients, actively listen to their concerns, and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address administrative and operational challenges.
  • Proficient organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail when managing multiple requests and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and CRM software.
  • Upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Understanding the importance of safeguarding sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, assist teammates, and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience to handle challenging client situations or demanding workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Phoning new referrals to set initial meetings.
