About The Position

We're looking for a strategic, experienced Executive Assistant who will be the CEO's trusted right hand. This isn't just calendar management—you'll be a critical partner in driving operational excellence, managing high-stakes projects, and keeping our leadership team running smoothly during our busiest seasons. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, handling everything from presentations to complex travel logistics with equal expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years supporting C-level executives, preferably in tech, manufacturing, or fast-paced startup environments
  • Demonstrated experience in high-stakes companies where precision and discretion matter
  • Strong track record with process improvement, workflow optimization, and driving efficiency
  • Proficiency with modern tools: Google Workspace, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), project management platforms
  • Experience preparing board materials, shareholder presentations, and executive communications
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Deep understanding of confidentiality and executive-level judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in manufacturing, election technology, or regulated industries
  • Experience with financial/expense management and vendor relationships
  • Project management or change management certifications
  • Previous work in tech startups or family business environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's complex schedule, priorities, and communications with sharp judgment and discretion
  • Coordinate strategic meetings, board presentations, and shareholder materials that inform critical decisions
  • Own travel logistics and itinerary planning for multi-city, time-sensitive trips
  • Lead special projects across the organization, from system implementations to process improvements
  • Prepare executive communications and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team, clients, and board members
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep operations running seamlessly during high-pressure periods
