Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of executive meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues to streamline daily operations.
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as required.
