About The Position

Techmenity is a New York–based Technology General Contractor (TechGC) known for designing and integrating Future-Ready smart-building systems and network-first infrastructure. Founded by Jamie Propp, whose career spans both technology and the music/entertainment industries, the company blends technical expertise with a highly creative, people-centered culture. We’re hiring a high-trust EA/PA to support the CEO across business operations and personal life. This is a new role for someone who brings structure and accountability to a fast-moving founder, thrives in dynamic environments, and is comfortable working from multiple locations —the office, the CEO’s home, and various NYC events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting a founder or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-context environment.
  • Exceptional at creating structure, anticipating needs, and bringing clarity to shifting priorities.
  • Calm under pressure, emotionally steady, professional, and able to push back appropriately.
  • Comfortable around high-profile individuals and within creative and tech-driven circles.
  • ADHD-aware and able to provide grounding support (body-doubling, reminders, simplification).
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows as the business evolves, as well as being able to use AI the right way.
  • Discreet, low-ego, and drama-free.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a fluid and evolving calendar; protect focus time; prepare agendas and meeting briefs well in advance.
  • Monitor and triage email and text channels; draft and send responses; escalate only urgent or high-value items.
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline organization to support business development and follow-through.
  • Support proposal and scope-related workflows.
  • Ensure weekly completion of time tracking, expenses, and other internal operational tasks.
  • Assist with client gifting, handwritten notes, check-ins, and relationship-building touchpoints.
  • Help plan internal team gatherings and Techmenity’s creative, community-oriented events.
  • Organize financial documents, tax paperwork, and personal filings.
  • Manage household mail, bills, and insurance/medical follow-ups.
  • Plan social events, date nights, dinner parties, and cultural outings.
  • Coordinate children's school and activities schedules.
  • Coordinate travel in partnership with existing travel advisors.
  • Maintain home organization and sensitive document management.
