Position Summary: IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a highly organized, proactive, business-minded Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the growing Commercial organization. This is a unique hybrid role combining responsibilities of both executive support and commercial business operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CCO, ensuring efficient management of executive priorities while also driving operational excellence across the Commercial organization. The role represents an outstanding opportunity to grow with the organization and potentially expand into other functional responsibilities in the future. The ideal candidate is expected to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment, anticipate needs before they arise, manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism, and initiate process improvement that help teams operate more effectively. They should have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results with strong cross-functional partnership and have a passion for improving outcomes for people living with cancer.
