SVLG is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our CEO and the broader Office of the CEO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role is crucial in helping the CEO stay focused on the right priorities by managing time, communications, and logistics with care, discretion, and good judgment. In addition to supporting the CEO, this role will help with scheduling for members of the senior leadership team, draft and manage executive communications, coordinate events and meetings, and support day-to-day office and operational needs. You’ll be a key partner to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and a steady presence in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment. This is an in-person role based in San Jose.
