This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling effective time management, communication, and execution of corporate priorities. The EA interacts regularly with the Global Leadership, US Executive Leadership Team, senior stakeholders, and external partners, and must exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.The role reports directly to the US CEO and dotted line reports to the Director, Office Management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support with experience supporting leaders at complex, global organizations. The role will require flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.
