Your Mission We’re looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant who has thrived alongside founders or senior leaders at fast-growing startups or scale-ups and is excited to help build a company in growth mode. You will act as a strategic extension of Mimica’s CEO, helping bring clarity to competing priorities, protect focus, and ensure that time is spent on what matters most as the company scales. You’ll be a trusted partner who combines operational excellence with sound judgment, helping navigate a fast-moving company environment with confidence and discretion.
