We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our five-member Executive Team, including our CEO, while ensuring seamless office operations. The Executive Assistant and Office Manager role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. More than keeping things running, you’ll help drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and create impact. As a trusted partner to our Executive Team, you’ll enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities while helping maintain a high-performing workplace. You’ll also own end-to-end event execution, delivering thoughtful and memorable experiences that align with Guardian’s objectives and culture.
