EcoLogic is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join their Burnaby office. This position plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functions of a growing consulting organization. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role will provide administrative support to senior leadership, coordinate office logistics and facilities, support staff onboarding and operational processes, and serve as a key point of coordination between teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys creating efficient systems, solving problems, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
