WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Executive Assistant of President & CEO to join our growing team. This is a temporary, full-time position with a duration of 13 months. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends if required.
  • Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, and organizational and interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Professionalism and strong sense of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in communication and business correspondence like drafting letters, emails, presentations, document preparation, markups, proofreading, etc.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately as instructed by the CEO, perform follow-ups on behalf of the CEO as instructed.
  • Maintain and manage social media accounts.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodation for the CEO and other senior management staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, social gatherings, holiday parties and other similar activities.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
  • Coordinate between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems for the CEO.
  • Support various departments with administrative duties and ad hoc projects including but not limited to Human Resources, Accounting/Finance and Corporate Initiatives as assigned.
  • Custodian of confidential records.
