A growing company is seeking a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to become the operational right hand to the Founder. This is not a traditional assistant role. It's an opportunity for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants to play a meaningful role in a growing business. You'll help keep priorities moving, projects organized, communication flowing, and marketing initiatives on track. From managing key workflows and coordinating projects to supporting content, social media, and marketing campaigns, you'll serve as a central force behind the scenes helping the business operate more efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and takes ownership. Requirements

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar experience
  • Experience with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
  • Marketing, content, social media, or copywriting experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
  • Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, priorities, and administrative workflows
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure follow-through
  • Coordinate communication across team members, vendors, and contractors
  • Build structure, document processes, and improve operational efficiency
  • Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Draft email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications
  • Schedule and manage social media content
  • Coordinate digital assets, videos, and marketing materials
  • Monitor campaign activity and performance metrics
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence
  • Manage workflows within Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Improve task management, communication, and accountability systems
  • Support automation and AI initiatives that improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to keep projects moving
