Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing, assistant, or coordinator role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Arena SNK does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President of Marketing & Brand’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials and capture notes, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Track action items and ensure conversations translate into execution
  • Coordinate marketing decks, documents, and campaign materials
  • Arrange travel, manage expenses and other logistics.
  • Support internal marketing processes and team coordination
  • Assist with research and preparation related to marketing initiatives and partnerships
