The position is responsible for business development, sales, order management, and receivable management for key Construction OEMs (Construction, Mining, Material Handling). This role involves internal coordination with service, planning, quality, and application departments to support customer business development and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.E. Mechanical degree
- MBA degree
- 4-10 years of experience in Industrial sales
- Good business communication skills
- Required knowledge of Excel
- Required knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
- Required knowledge of SAP
- Required knowledge of CRM tool
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Knowledge on Hydraulics
- Knowledge on Product selection
- Knowledge on Circuit
- Strong Sales & Business Skills
- Account & Customer portfolio management
- Negotiation skills
- Value based selling skills
