The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting leadership effectiveness across the team. This role provides high-quality calendar, meeting, travel, and coordination support while helping the broader Internal Audit function stay organized, connected, and focused on key priorities. Beyond day-to-day administrative support, this role helps coordinate team rhythms, prepare leaders for upcoming meetings, track actions and follow-ups, and support divisional activities such as leadership meetings, town halls, and team forums.
