Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite necessary.
  • Confidentiality is of upmost importance. This role will be privy to sensitive information.
  • Highly self-motivated, possess a "can-do" attitude and a desire to take on additional responsibilities as they are presented.
  • Flexible & organized as well as the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing time and executives, sometimes with multiple interruptions.
  • Team player who consistently seeks opportunities to help others.
  • Drive and ambition to go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • Strong desire to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive with an innate ability to see around the corner and anticipate needs.
  • Detail oriented with a “sweat the small stuff” mentality to deliver excellence.
  • Customer Service Oriented is a must have.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Workday, Concur, and SAP a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
  • Prior exposure to calendar and travel coordination.
  • A self‑starter approach with a passion for supporting a high‑performing team.
  • High enthusiasm and a positive, service oriented approach.
  • Willingness to jump in, help the EA team, and take initiative without hesitation.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong follow through.
  • Comfort working in a fastmoving, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management to alleviate conflicts and schedule cross-functional meetings.
  • Arrange point-to-point travel. Requires previous experience booking domestic and international travel.
  • Coordinating meeting logistics including conference room readiness, catering as needed, material preparation, and offsite location procurement.
  • Processing expenses reports and purchase orders.
  • Provide back-up support as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or required. Responsibilities will vary.
  • Customer and Partner facing role that will require a steady hand and willingness to go above and beyond.
