About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Demand Science Optimization team. This crucial position involves coordinating with multiple VP offices and stakeholders across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong focus and execution in this area.

Requirements

  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professionalism in dealing with experienced professionals.
  • At least 3+ of experience supporting high-level management (VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs).
  • Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college required.
  • Experience in a high-volume role with high-level executives.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
  • Customer obsession and the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing tasks effectively amidst a high volume of information and requests.
  • Monitor and track VP-level meetings and priorities, ensuring an appropriate level of urgency is given.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the office.
  • Document and follow up on multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables.
  • Prepare Directors for meetings and engagements, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready.
