About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Demand Science Optimization team. This crucial position involves coordinating with multiple VP offices and stakeholders across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong focus and execution in this area.

At least 3+ of experience supporting high-level management (VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs).
Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college required.
Experience in a high-volume role with high-level executives.
Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
Customer obsession and the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing tasks effectively amidst a high volume of information and requests.
Monitor and track VP-level meetings and priorities, ensuring an appropriate level of urgency is given.
Oversee travel arrangements and expense management.
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the office.
Document and follow up on multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables.
Prepare Directors for meetings and engagements, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready.
