The Office of Education & Training (OET) at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center houses programs that support academic and professional development for a multitude of educational levels, including secondary school teachers, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty. Our programs have a strong commitment to increase access and create pathways for those historically excluded from education and careers in scientific research. OET is seeking a half-time (0.5 FTE) Executive Assistant II to assist with providing key administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Education and Associate Vice President of Science Education, and the Office of Education and Training by managing complex schedules, coordinating activities and projects, and handling confidential communications. This role serves as a trusted partner enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through proactive planning, prioritization and effective stakeholder management.
