Executive Assistant II

BLUE ORIGINSeattle, WA
$41 - $58

About The Position

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. This is not your typical administrative position. As Executive Assistant to senior leaders developing spaceflight vehicles, you’ll be embedded at the heart of decision-making — coordinating across engineering, safety, operations, and people teams to ensure our leaders stay focused, informed, and supported. Your impact will ripple across every mission milestone. In this role, you’ll become an extension of our leadership team, trusted with sensitive information, complex logistics, and mission-critical communication.
