The Executive Assistant II provides high-level administrative support to the Vice Dean of Educational Affairs, serving as the central coordinator for the Office of Educational Affairs. This office oversees 14 divisions supporting the student experience from admissions through commencement. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, events, travel, and project workflows while handling confidential information with discretion. The position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills to effectively engage with leadership, faculty, staff, and students, and to contribute to the development of policies, processes, and administrative initiatives. This position is grant-funded; employment is contingent upon the continued availability of those funds.
