AHC SGMC Behavioral Health seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant II or III who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As an Executive Assistant II or III, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings. You will handle and type complex and highly confidential material, manage and coordinate office and administrative functions, and coordinate and lead special projects. You will also support clinical and performance improvement initiatives, lead and support designated committees, and coordinate data collection, compilation, and submission. Additionally, you will develop and maintain an electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality.
