About The Position

Under general supervision of the Director of Administrative Operations, this role serves as administrative support for the Office of the Executive Vice President for Clinical Affairs and Dean of the College of Medicine & Life Sciences. The position works independently, performing a variety of complex administrative functions and serving as a Concierge interacting with multiple constituents. A key responsibility includes coordinating all aspects of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education accreditation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree + 3 years of progressive responsible Administrative/secretarial Experience for executive/upper-level management.
  • OR 7+ years of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience for an executive or upper-level management experience in lieu of education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to download and perform basic analysis of data from University of Toledo databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and inclusive excellence.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization.
