This role is reserved for executive assistants supporting senior executives in the C or D band who are direct reports to a Regional President or to a senior executive in the B band. The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of support for an executive, relieving them of administrative duties often of a confidential, diversified, and complex nature. They serve as a management delegate for email inbox and systems, requiring initiative and judgment in the absence of specific directions from the executive. The position may also serve as a liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations. The individual is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. They are accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience, and consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.
