About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant & Household Manager to support a busy, close-knit family of five. You will be responsible for managing inboxes, calendars, travel, household organization, meal planning, childcare coordination, laundry, pet care, and vendor oversight. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of discretion and professionalism, with the opportunity for more hours over time.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • High level of discretion and respect for family privacy — non-negotiable.
  • Skilled at managing a high-volume inbox, drafting correspondence in someone else's voice, and coordinating calendars and travel for a busy business owner.
  • Anticipate needs and bring finished solutions, not open questions.
  • Comfortable across digital tools, shared calendars (including Skylight), and quick text-based communication.
  • Can deliver one clear recommendation to one decision-maker and a few thoughtful options to another.
  • Protect sensitive personal and business information in a community where people talk.
  • Comfortable in a busy home with young children and flexible enough to support a family whose schedule doesn't always follow a script.
  • Not easily rattled, and do not need to be micromanaged.
  • Take pride in the quality of your work.
  • Value being part of a close-knit team and take pride in helping a family feel supported.
