About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant - Healthcare for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining confidential files. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders, exercise discretion, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, or department heads
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and executive-level meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience supporting executives within healthcare organizations or hospital systems
  • Experience working with physician leadership, hospital administration, or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with healthcare organizational structures and executive support functions

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and executives
  • Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and events
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive communications and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
  • Assist with special projects, departmental initiatives, and executive priorities
  • Build strong relationships with executives, physicians, administrators, and key stakeholders
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency
