About The Position

EvenUp is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Go-To-Market. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the assistant to manage calendars, client scheduling, and commitments with a high degree of urgency and precision. The position involves direct interaction with executive teams at client firms and requires the ability to work effectively via text and phone. This is not a traditional EA role; it is designed to be a growth opportunity with direct visibility into the company's revenue engine and potential career paths in sales or solutions engineering.

Requirements

  • Client-facing, Sales Support or Executive Assistant experience: Two or more years as an executive assistant, sales development representative, business development representative, sales or account coordinator, events coordinator or in a comparable client-facing operations role.
  • Judgment on urgency: Ability to differentiate between requests needing immediate attention and those that can wait, without explicit direction.
  • Precision on instructions: Strong attention to detail and judgment are key.
  • Anticipation over escalation: Proactively provide answers, recommendations, or resolved problems.
  • Comfort working over text: Responsive during business hours and reachable for occasional urgent weekend tasks.
  • Credibility with senior external stakeholders: Ability to hold professional, warm, and persuasive conversations with assistants or executives at partner firms.
  • Hunger for the business: Desire to understand how deals are made, client base, and business rationale.
  • Substantial overlap with US Eastern hours is required.

  • If you have carried a quota, run a scheduling desk for account executives, you already know most of what this role asks for.

Responsibilities

  • Own two important calendars: Manage scheduling end to end for the COO and the Chief of Staff, resolving conflicts and protecting preparation time before major client meetings.
  • Drive client and prospect scheduling: Work directly with chiefs of staff and partner law firms to book meetings, holding to specific parameters and providing creative solutions.
  • Close the loop on commitments: Capture next steps from leadership and client calls, follow up on promised actions, and report status proactively.
  • Work at the pace of the business: Respond quickly to urgent requests via text and phone, distinguishing between immediate needs and tasks that can wait.
  • Run travel, offsites, and events: Book flights, hotels, conference space, boot camps, and team gatherings accurately.
  • Utilize and improve existing tools: Leverage AI skills, preference documentation, calendars, and internal systems, and contribute to their enhancement.
  • Be creative and flexible: Take on additional opportunities based on business needs and individual ramp-up speed.
