About The Position

Atomic Machines is ushering in a new era of micromanufacturing with its Matter Compiler™ technology platform. This platform enables new classes of micromachines to be designed and built by providing manufacturing processes and a materials library that are inaccessible to semiconductor manufacturing methods. It unlocks MEMS manufacturing not only for device classes that could never be produced by semiconductor methods, but also for entirely new categories. Furthermore, this digital platform is fully programmable in the way 3D printing is digital—but whereas 3D printing produces parts of a single material using a single process, the Matter Compiler™ technology platform is a multi-process, multi-material system: bits and raw materials go in, and complete, functional micromachines come out. The Atomic Machines team has also created an exciting first device—made possible only through the Matter Compiler™ technology platform—that we will be unveiling to the world soon. Our offices are in Emeryville and Santa Clara, California. About the role: We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to be a critical partner to our founding team: our CEO and Head of Strategic Growth. Our mission requires solving problems no one has solved and building capabilities that don't yet exist. It also requires operating differently from organizations built to optimize known systems. That means no role here is beneath anyone. Everyone at Atomic Machines is here to make the company succeed, and supporting the founders in that goal, whether the task is small or enormous, is critical work. Working alongside the founders, you will see how decisions get made, how the business executes, and how a company scales to commercial manufacturing. Come work on the hard part with us. This role is based in our Santa Clara office 3-4 days a week, with 1-2 days a week at our Emeryville office.

Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Run the executives' schedules, priorities, and incoming requests, using sharp judgment to protect their time and focus
Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
Be the point of contact between the executives and our internal team, investors, customers, and partners
Represent the executives in meetings and communications with professionalism and a clear understanding of their priorities
Draft and send communications on their behalf in their voice, at a high standard of quality
Prepare the briefings, documents, and presentations that help the founders walk into every room ready
Drive projects across the company and follow up until they are done
Manage expenses, offsites, events, and hosting of guests, partners, and candidates
Handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion
