In this highly visible role, you will provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership, coordinate board and committee activities, manage complex schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and enjoys partnering with executives to ensure organizational priorities are executed efficiently. Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Copilot, Word, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with databases, reporting tools, and business applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive leadership in finance, legal, or corporate governance environments.
  • Experience coordinating board meetings and committee activities.
  • Familiarity with BoardEffect or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and coordinate executive communications, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and meeting minutes.
  • Support Board of Directors and committee activities through scheduling, document management, and meeting administration.
  • Administer and maintain BoardEffect and other board-related systems and resources.
  • Coordinate compliance-related activities, including employee training administration and tracking.
  • Prepare expense reports, maintain records, and support departmental administrative processes.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, board members, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, surveys, governance initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Provide backup support to other officers and Executive Assistants as needed.
