About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with project management skills to join the ThousandEyes team. This role will closely support our R&D department, playing a part in enhancing efficiency and maximizing effectiveness. Being an integral part of the Engineering Experience team, you will have an influential role in coordinating various company-wide efforts and providing critical support to our Technical Executive Team. You will be expected to take ownership of your work and be accountable for delivering projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, with project management and supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Webex, and Concur.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Shown aptitude for handling executive-level activities with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, process expense reports, and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including meeting documentation, equipment reservations, and catering logistics for executive meetings and events.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for team events and engineering branding initiatives, ensuring objectives are met with creativity and precision.
  • Maintain critical data with high accuracy and uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality, trust, and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders across ThousandEyes and the broader Cisco organization.
