Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior/C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day schedules and conflicts to ensure the executive can complete their obligations in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Effectively interface with employees as well as Senior Executives inside and outside the company.
  • Proactively manage a complex calendar across multiple global time zones, based on business priorities, current projects, and team needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership team meetings, off-site meetings, townhalls, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Oversee the detailed coordination and booking of domestic and international travel and all travel-related itineraries.
  • Manage expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
  • Perform other administrative and project duties as requested.
