About The Position

The Executive Assistant, Brand Environments plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership within a highly collaborative, creative, and fast paced organization. This role provides high level administrative and operational support to the SVP of Brand Environments and partners closely with leaders across Store Design, Store Construction, and Visual Merchandising. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate confidently in a dynamic environment. You thrive at the center of complex workflows, bring structure to ambiguity, and enjoy being a trusted partner to leadership teams shaping the physical brand experience at a global level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders
  • Proven experience supporting fast‑paced, matrixed organizations, ideally within creative, design, or corporate environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
  • Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally and building strong working relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of coordination for the SVP and the broader Brand Environments leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and follow through
  • Prepare executive level presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration between Store Design, Store Construction, Visual Merchandising, and other internal partners
  • Attend meetings as needed, capture notes, and track action items to completion
  • Assist with planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, reviews, and key milestones
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Support select project management and operational initiatives, helping keep priorities moving forward
  • Anticipate leadership needs, proactively resolve issues, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
