About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support primarily to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to type at least 60 WPM.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment e.g., phones, voicemail, computer, email, photocopiers and facsimile machines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to edit and compose grammatically correct correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, well organized, detail oriented and able to appropriately prioritize.
  • Sound analytical and problem solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong database skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Seven (7) or more years of Administrative experience supporting a Senior Executive at C-suite level.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple executives and/or a department.
  • Prior experience in a Legal office environment and prior healthcare experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience working with a contract database.
