Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant and Office Manager who will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a cross-functional position requiring exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll have an opportunity to influence office culture, support executive priorities, and contribute to our dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (G Suite, Slack, calendar management software, etc.).
  • Track record of building effective workflows and improving office processes.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-velocity setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office management, overseeing facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and office events.
  • Lead and organize logistics for internal meetings, team offsites, and company-wide events.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for all team members.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Drive process improvements for office administration, enhancing efficiency and consistency as the company grows.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as required to support the executive team and maintain a productive work environment.
