About The Position

Provide support to Senior Management personnel by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex, and confidential administrative, secretarial, and analytical and research duties.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant for Executive Level Management
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
  • Effective communication skills (all modes) that reflect a high level of professionalism.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing general administrative skills.
  • Completes work with limited degree of supervision.
  • Ability to assess the validity and applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options circumstances that are not covered by procedures.
  • Strong business writing skills needed.
  • Strong reading and math skills focused attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant for Executive Level Management
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (reading, writing, verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support for senior management.
  • Prepares correspondence and report. Screens telephone calls and visitors.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Provide administrative support to the management staff
  • Collects, compiles and analyzes complex and confidential data and information.
  • Stays abreast of organization policies and practices, organization operations and personnel.
  • Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Monitor project(s) progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Create and disseminate various communications & reports.
  • Greets scheduled visitors and guests, when needed.
  • Effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers & others on behalf of senior management.
  • May be expected to cross train in other administrative staff functions to support the site and contribute to associate development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary
