Provide support to Senior Management personnel by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex, and confidential administrative, secretarial, and analytical and research duties. This role involves preparing correspondence and reports, screening telephone calls and visitors, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. The Executive Assistant will also provide administrative support to the management staff, collect, compile, and analyze complex and confidential data, and stay abreast of organization policies, practices, operations, and personnel. The position requires making independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work, monitoring project progress, and creating and disseminating communications and reports. Additionally, the role may involve greeting visitors, communicating effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers on behalf of senior management, and potentially cross-training in other administrative functions to support the site and contribute to associate development. Overtime may be required as dictated by business needs.
