Cheree Berry Paper & Design is an award-winning graphic design firm known for creating playful, polished, and highly personalized work for some of the most notable clients and events in the world. Founded in 2006, CBP has grown from a custom stationery studio into a full-service design firm with a team of designers, illustrators, project managers, and production specialists. While based in St. Louis, our clients span the country. This role sits at the center of our business. You are the person who keeps the office running smoothly, supports the CEO behind the scenes, and ensures that the details are handled with precision. In a fast-paced, high-touch environment, your ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and execute consistently will directly impact the success of the entire team. You are not afraid to get out of your seat, pivot and problem solve regularly. This role is well-suited for someone seeking a consistent, part-time schedule with meaningful responsibility and impact. CBP produces world-class work from St. Louis for life’s most important moments. You will support a team working with high-profile clients and events. The role requires 25–30 hours per week, with a flexible but consistent daytime schedule, and is located in-person at the St. Louis office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with calendar management and office coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong critical thinking ability

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Mac OS
  • Interest in basic IT troubleshooting and using AI to create efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for the CEO and other members of leadership, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination
  • Coordinate monthly staff meetings, including materials and logistics
  • Track CEO and other executive time on a daily basis
  • Assist with special projects for the CEO and leadership team
  • Partner with Marketing on internal events, client gatherings, and team celebrations
  • Maintain office and conference room calendars and ensure best practices are followed
  • Oversee office organization, cleanliness, and maintenance by coordinating with facility vendors
  • Order and manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate in-office meals and hospitality for clients and staff
  • Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors on employee technology needs
  • Assist with equipment setup, returns, and lease coordination
  • Provide basic, on-site troubleshooting support for employees
  • Escalate recurring issues or larger needs to leadership
  • Assist with phone and voicemail setup as needed
