Partners Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. PCH currently operates two new state-of-the-art LTC homes and community hub in West Mississauga. The new homes have a combined 632-beds and will be part of PCH’s larger strategy that introduces innovative and inclusive programs and services and new models of care delivery. PCH is committed to building partnerships and connections that put people first, as well as a learning and leading healthcare community that provides best-in-class service across the aging continuum. Position Overview Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Advisor is a 3-month contract position responsible for leading a comprehensive review and design of the organization's corporate services model. This senior-level role will assess current structures, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a clear roadmap for implementing an integrated corporate services framework that supports the organization's long-term strategic goals. The Executive Advisor will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and operational staff to evaluate existing functions, define future-state requirements, and establish roles, responsibilities, and governance structures that support continued growth. In addition, the successful candidate will support the development of clinical operations process documentation and workflow design to ensure strong alignment between corporate services and frontline care delivery.
