The Executive Administrator is a highly trusted professional responsible for executive support, office administration, organizational development, business process improvement, technology adoption, and coordination of employee-related administrative and HR processes. This position serves as the primary administrative partner to the CEO and leadership team and plays a critical role in supporting organizational efficiency through communication, project coordination, process improvement, and effective use of modern technology and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technologically savvy, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Johnstown, Colorado.
