About The Position

SAIC is seeking an Executive Administrator (EA) to join our National Reconnaissance Office Electro-Optical System Program Office (NRO/ESPO) Front Office team to ensure the effective operations and management of the System Program Office. This position requires the applicant to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support our Government customer execute their duties and responsibilities. Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work in an interactive team environment with Government customer leads, satellite developers, and other subject matter experts. Provide direct onsite support to the SPO Director, Deputy Director, & Chief of Staff Manage the Director & Deputy Director’s calendars, schedules and incoming phone calls. Print out daily calendars for review by the Chief-of-Staff. Coordinate and prepare Government team member business travel requests, including: preparing itineraries; making airline, hotel, and car reservations; pick-up/distribute tickets, and prepare & submit expense vouchers for processing. Make conference room reservations and schedule stakeholder telecons, as required Manage office moves for incoming personnel; prepare, submit, and track office work orders; submit telephone transfer requests; ensure office is clean and welcome kit is provided. Support new Team member On-boarding activities including new account requests, scheduling training classes, and completing in-processing steps Prepare and submit facility badge requests & NRO visitor requests Schedule, coordinate, provide logistical support for and help prepare for SPO All-Hand events and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Maintain and update the ESPO phone card

Requirements

  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing Executive Administrative support to senior Government officials.
  • Fully experienced using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
