About The Position

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support two SVPs on our Project Engineering team. We're in the business of building, and right now, that means a lot is happening at once. This role sits at the center of a high-stakes, high-velocity environment where new facilities are being planned, vendors are being contracted, and timelines are non-negotiable. You'll be the operational backbone for two senior leaders who need someone they can trust to keep everything on track. If you've supported executives in construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project environments before, you already know what this job demands. If you thrive on complexity and hate letting things fall behind, you'll love it here.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in a manufacturing, construction, or large-scale project environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating vendor relationships, contracts, or project timelines is a strong plus.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, Asana, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated executive support to two SVPs of Project Engineering, managing their calendars, travel, and day-to-day priorities with precision.
  • Track contracts, vendor agreements, and project milestones, flagging deadlines before they become problems.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners to keep project timelines moving.
  • Prepare and organize project documentation, meeting materials, status reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage logistics for site visits, construction reviews, leadership meetings, and vendor check-ins.
  • Monitor action items and follow up relentlessly to ensure commitments are met on time.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the SVPs and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate what's coming next and have it handled before you're asked.
