As part of EY's Core Business Services team, the Executive Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the administrative and executive support functions that keep the organization running strong. This role will utilize interpersonal and communication skills to interface with employees at all levels. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the marketplace, and support EY's growth and profitability. The opportunity involves providing administrative support to a variety of executives within the organization, and potentially assisting service line or engagement-specific teams. The role is a key member of a team, using experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and practices to help achieve business goals. The position will present information to inform recommendations on business processes and be part of a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team sharing best practices.
