Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using databases and software for scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reimbursement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support Human Resources leadership by ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently while helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple executives, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Arrange business travel and process expense reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics that support organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources leadership and departmental activities.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of priorities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and internal systems to manage workflows, documentation, and communications.
  • Support special projects and initiatives that advance organizational goals and continuous improvement efforts.
