About The Position

Rockland Trust is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our Lowell location. This position will primarily provide support to the Commercial Regional Executive while also supporting the team located on the downtown Lowell campus.

Requirements

  • Dependable, proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic to identify key facts, alternatives and appropriate solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong technical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree (or equivalent)
  • Previous banking experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the Lending Team and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and commercial banking partners
  • Prepare, edit, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and lending-related documentation
  • Track and prioritize key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups across the commercial lending team
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial, client, and organizational information
  • Support pipeline reporting, credit meetings, and data aggregation in partnership with lending and credit teams
  • Manage expense reporting, budgeting support, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and executive scheduling
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform general office administrative functions to support daily operations
  • Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment
  • Schedule and organize meetings for the Merrimack Valley Commercial Banking Team and other departments as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters
  • Prepare and distribute materials for meetings, committees, and related activities
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes as required
  • Maintain and update procedural documentation and office manuals
  • Support planning and coordination of team-building and social events for the downtown Lowell campus
  • Assist with employee support needs and general office management for the Lowell campus
