Pratt & Whitney has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support to the Customer Business Executive Leadership Team located in East Hartford, CT. This position requires outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills with minimal direction. Individual must be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines/schedules. Individual should project a high level of confidence and judgment in a highly visible administrative position.

Requirements

  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 4 years of relevant experience supporting executives
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience collaborating across teams and departments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of delivering executive communication
  • This role requires outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills with minimal direction
  • This role will also require and individual who is able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines/schedules
  • The ideal candidate will project a high level of confidence and judgment in a highly visible administrative position
  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to multiple senior executive leaders
  • Make travel arrangements for frequent international travel
  • Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in team environment
  • Calendar management including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining copiers/printers and ordering office supplies
  • Building administrative responsibilities
  • Team with other administrative assistants
  • Provide additional support to other executives when required
