About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity that is based out of our corporate headquarters location in Lancaster, PA. Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative, provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, including coordination of Board of Directors activities. This position requires exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and a comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations, leadership priorities, and governance processes. The role manages executive schedules, travel, communications, presentations, and key interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
  • 5 or more years Administrative support , or equivalent combination of advanced business school or secretarial training and job-related. (Required)
  • 2 or more years Executive administrative support. (Required)
  • Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Acting on own initiative, performs advanced administrative, operational, and executive support duties for the Chief Executive Officer and other executive leaders, ensuring effective coordination of leadership priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.
  • Independently Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda.
  • Produces graphics for presentation.
  • Answers mail and inquiries on own initiative, follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out.
  • Coordinates activities across departments.
  • Arranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations and arrangements.
  • Organizes Fulton Financial Corporation Board of Directors Meetings.
  • Compiling and distributing reports and information for Board of Director's meetings.
  • Arranging Board Room prior to meeting.
  • Assisting Directors as needed.
  • Schedules maintenance of bank cars, including state inspection, registration, cleaning and repairs when needed.
  • Prepares annual mileage reports.
  • Prepares materials in final form from very rough and involved drafts which may utilize frequent use of technical terminology and which combine materials from several sources.
  • Plans layout of complex reports and statistical tables.
  • Interfaces with other secretaries to share or coordinate workload.
  • This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.

  • This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
