About The Position

Anduril's real estate portfolio includes 10 million square feet of R&D labs, manufacturing hubs, and offices worldwide. The Execution & Portfolio Management Lead runs LOI and lease negotiations for new sites and manages a portion of the existing portfolio. After the Investments team reaches an LOI on a new site, this role leads the negotiation through lease execution. It also owns renewals, in-building expansions, contractions, terminations, subleases, and landlord relationships for assigned sites, working directly with the division teams that use the space. This is a senior negotiation and portfolio strategy role, rather than lease administration or space planning. The role reports to the Director of Strategic Real Estate and has room to grow as the portfolio expands. The role works with Investments, Legal, outside brokers, Design & Construction, the planning team, division stakeholders, landlords, and leadership. It standardizes Anduril's approach to leasing by maintaining template LOIs and lease forms and setting standard positions and acceptable fallbacks. It tracks portfolio events and aligns lease decisions with demand forecasts, then hands signed deals to Design & Construction while remaining involved when lease terms affect the build. The position requires travel of up to 25% for site visits and landlord meetings. U.S. citizenship is required; eligibility for security clearance is preferred.
